LMES (Line Manufacturing Execution System) is an intelligent manufacturing management platform software specifically developed for stator production lines. It enables digitization and transparency throughout the entire process, from production planning to finished product packaging and warehousing. LMES helps customers break information silos, collaborate with dispersed resources, and establish efficient and lean production and operational management models. It truly achieves a one-stop service for on-site overall solutions for customers.
The platform supports integration with ERP or enterprise-level MES systems, allowing the stator production line to achieve digitization and transparency throughout the entire process, from production work order scheduling and distribution to finished product completion. It utilizes work orders to guide and drive production activities on the production line and enables feedback on work completion to ERP or the factory-level MES, creating a complete business cycle.
