On September 21st, the 2023 Global Flat Wire Motor Industry Conference, organized by Motor Insight, was successfully held in Jiading, Shanghai. NEVEM attended this conference with its new generation of flexible production line solutions.

Benefiting from the growth of sales in new energy passenger vehicles, the annual installed capacity of new energy vehicle motor controls reached 5.78 million sets in 2022, a 77% increase compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, competition in the flat wire motor field is also becoming increasingly fierce, with a growing variety of products. Tier 1 suppliers and some major manufacturers have higher requirements for flat wire motor production lines.

According to NEVEM’s practical data statistics, compared to before, the new generation of flexible production lines can improve production line quality by 10%-20%, reduce production costs by 10%-20%, and shorten production cycles by 20%-30%. In addition, the new generation of flexible production lines from NEVEM has been optimized in terms of floor space and equipment utilization, compared to previous solutions.
