From June 26 to 28, CWIEME Shanghai 2024 was successfully held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. NEVEM made a spectacular appearance with its latest technology and products in the flat wire motor field, attracting a continuous stream of visitors to its booth and becoming one of the most dazzling "star" exhibitors at the event.
As a global professional exhibition for coil, motor, and transformer manufacturing, this year's event attracted 277 industry-leading companies from around the world. Over the three days, nearly 30,000 professional visitors from home and abroad attended. The continuously evolving market demands and the constant innovation of high-quality products sparked countless ideas, invigorating the growth potential of the domestic and international motor and transformer markets.
At this exhibition, NEVEM not only introduced the latest generation of flexible stator production lines to the attendees but also showcased cutting-edge technology products such as axial flux motors, aluminum wire motors, and hybrid wire motors, presenting the future development trends of motors to the audience.
Amid challenges in improving the efficiency of the Hairpin process and the difficulty of mass production with the X-pin process, we introduced a brand-new flat wire stator process at this exhibition—Trimcutting. This process not only achieves a comparable end turn height to the X-pin, which can save on stator production costs, but also requires precision similar to the Hairpin process, making it suitable for mass production. The on-site audience showed great interest in this new process.
During the three-day exhibition, NEVEM's booth became one of the most popular spots, thanks to its industry-leading technological exhibits, unique booth design, and warm, attentive service.
