In the first half of this year, NEVEM reached a collaboration with a well-known domestic motor manufacturer. Through the joint efforts of both parties, the new 800V stator production line took only 3.5 months from contract signing to on-site delivery of qualified parts, setting a new global record for delivery speed!
Creating a delivery miracle in such a short time, NEVEM's profound technical expertise played a crucial role. This 800V stator production line is based on NEVEM's self-developed Matrix platform. The standardization and modularization application of the main line, as well as the process verification and in-house production of core tooling and molds, significantly reduced the time required for design, procurement, assembly, and commissioning, while also ensuring the stability of the production line equipment.
The relentless efforts of NEVEM's project team employees were also indispensable. During the project's execution, everyone worked with a unified goal, tackling challenges head-on, continuously innovating management methods, and striving with professional knowledge and proactive attitudes.
