Recently, NEVEM partnered with a renowned European motor supplier to provide a Mini-Pin stator production line, facilitating the mass production of Mini-Pin stators. This collaboration once again demonstrates that NEVEM's technical expertise and market influence in the flat wire motor stator production line sector have gained recognition from international clients.

As a cutting-edge technology in the flat wire motor field, Mini-Pin features a significantly lower twisted end height compared to traditional Hair-Pin technology, offering the following advantages:

Smaller but Stronger : Due to the reduced twisted end height, Mini-Pin stators are more compact, lighter, and boast higher power density under the same conditions.

Cost Saving : Compared to Hair-Pin, Mini-Pin reduces the twisted end height by 4-5mm, saving 8-10mm of copper per pin. This translates to approximately ¥11 saved per stator and ¥2.2 million in annual savings for the whole production line (based on an 8-layer, 48-slot stator, copper wire dimensions of 4mm*2mm, and an annual capacity of 200,000 units), significantly lowering production costs for clients.
