As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new year, on January 19, 2024, NEVEM ’s themed annual conference “Sailing on the Sea, Breaking Waves and Moving Forward”was successfully held at the Moganshan Kaiyuan Senbo Resort in Huzhou. All NEVEM staff gathered together to celebrate this grand event.
Before the official start of the annual conference, as NEVEM colleagues arrived one by one, the company prepared a warm-up activity - the annual conference market. Amidst the laughter and joy of everyone, the atmosphere of the annual conference became more and more intense.
At the beginning of the annual conference, Tian Wang, the Marketing Director of NEVEM Intelligent, had a conversation with the management team.NEVEM's CEO, Licca Chen, CTO Xianfeng Wang, COO Eric Zheng, and CFO Xinxin Wang respectively talked about the outstanding achievements in 2023 and the brand new plans for 2024 from the perspectives of business, technology, projects, and finance.
CEO Licca Chen mentioned: 2023 was a year of vigorous development for the new energy vehicle industry and also a year of rapid progress for NEVEM Intelligent.NEVEM's business execution capability has significantly strengthened, numerous projects are progressing rapidly, the NEVEM Intelligent circle is growing bigger, and customers are located all over the world. We have signed contracts with many well-known domestic and international companies, including AtomDrive, Chongqing Jinkang, CRRC Times Electric, Dongfeng MACH, ZF, and VT. At the same time, we have also made remarkable achievements within the industry, and our brand awareness is increasing day by day.
After the “accumulation” phase from 2018 to 2022 and the “leverage” phase in 2023, Licca expressed expectation and said that 2024 will be the year for NEVEM Intelligent to "establish its position". We will continue to adhere to innovation-driven development, form a core competitiveness of “value empowerment for customers,” actively expand overseas business, and strive to become a leader in the industry.
In the later stage of the conversation, leaders from various departments of NEVEM Intelligent were also invited to the stage for exchanges. Everyone expressed their own opinions, spoke from their hearts, and shared their insights and experiences. The atmosphere was lively and pleasant.

During the dialogue session, leaders presented awards to two NEVEM Intelligent Annual Figures, five special acceptance officers of NEVEM Intelligent, and colleagues who contributed to the development of the company’s culture.
