Recently, the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association organized the evaluation meeting of the "Flat Wire Motor Intelligent Production Line" completed by NEVEM. After reporting by NEVEM's CTO, Wang Xianfeng, the evaluation committee reviewed the evaluation materials and technical documents, conducted detailed inquiries and discussions, and finally concluded that the comprehensive performance indicators of NEVEM's flat wire motor intelligent production line have reached the international advanced level.
The "Flat Wire Motor Intelligent Production Line" is a fully automatic motor stator mass production line, including multiple core technologies and core process equipment in the stator manufacturing process of flat wire motors. Based on standardization and modularization, the production line has extremely high flexibility and can accommodate the production needs of stators with different specifications.
The production line adopts innovative technologies such as double feeding of copper coils for flat wire motor stators, various 3D hairpin coil forming technologies, stator end twisting technology, and high-speed laser welding technology, achieving intelligent monitoring and error prevention throughout the entire process and breaking the monopoly of overseas suppliers. It provides domestic customers with equipment comparable to or even surpassing foreign suppliers, and promotes the rapid development of China's new energy vehicle industry.
The production line has optimized the structure of key hardware and components in the production line, such as clamping components, unwinding components, guiding components, tension adjustment components, displacement detection components, straightening components, and wire feeding components, improving the smoothness and precision of the production line.
Moreover, intelligent systems are extensively applied in this production line. The constant speed wire feeding system, integrated online inspection system, multi-axis linkage system, independent mold guiding system, fully electrically driven stator clamping follow-up system, and intelligent welding system all enhance the intelligence level and yield rate of the production line.
With years of technological breakthroughs and accumulated experience, NEVEM's capabilities in the field of flat wire motor stators have become increasingly powerful. The recognition of the "Flat Wire Motor Intelligent Production Line" as reaching the international advanced level is strong evidence of this.
