Since its establishment in 2018, NEVEM has been deeply involved in the field of flat wire motors, adhering to the concept of "technology first, innovation supreme," continuously innovating, and achieving remarkable results. From 2019 to 2020, NEVEM independently developed China's first 8-layer Hairpin production line and successfully trial-produced China's first 12-layer sample equipment, breaking the monopoly of overseas suppliers and filling the domestic gap, which was significant at that time.

From 2021 to 2022, NEVEM made significant progress in the standardization and modularization of flat wire motor production equipment, with a modularization rate of core equipment reaching 90%, greatly reducing equipment delivery cycles, improving equipment quality, and reducing manufacturing costs.

Currently, NEVEM's core technologies such as X-pin process, high-speed laser welding, multi-layer synchronous twisting, 3D scanning system, and high-precision zero calibration system are at the industry's advanced level. Its independently designed and developed new generation flexible production line, with ultra-high compatibility, has been applied in production of multiple high-end vehicle models.

The development and innovation of technology rely on financial support, and NEVEM's research and development investment reflects this. NEVEM's annual compound growth rate of R&D investment is as high as 52%, with R&D expenses totaling 26 million in 2023, accounting for 12.69% of the company's total expenditure. According to NEVEM personnel, NEVEM is expected to invest over 38 million in R&D in the full year of 2024.

Far surpassing competitors in technology gives NEVEM's products a significant advantage in the market competition. In recent years, NEVEM's business has grown rapidly, expanding its scale continuously. In addition to its Shanghai headquarters, NEVEM has established subsidiaries in Dalian, Henan, Hefei, and other places. Well-known domestic OEMs and motor manufacturers such as NIO, XPENG, CRRC, Fawer Automotive, and Shanghai Electric Drive are all NEVEM's cooperative customers.

Expanding overseas and competing globally While expanding its domestic market, NEVEM has also intensified its overseas layout in recent years. NEVEM's CEO Licca Chen, CFO Xianfeng Wang, and others have conducted multiple overseas market research and visited overseas customers. In 2023, NEVEM's German subsidiary was established in Frankfurt, which was NEVEM's first foothold in conquering overseas markets. It is understood that NEVEM's subsidiaries in the United States, Japan, and other places are also under preparation. At that time, NEVEM will build a business system rooted in the Asia-Pacific region, open up Europe and America, and face the global market.

According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in 2023, China's exports of new energy vehicles exceeded 1.2 million, surpassing Japan to become the world's largest automobile exporting country, and the outbound development of the new energy vehicle industry has become an irreversible trend. NEVEM CEO Licca Chen believes: "NEVEM has mature and advanced technological reserves, even competing with top foreign suppliers. Moreover, NEVEM has obvious advantages in equipment delivery cycle and cost compared to foreign competitors. Now is the time to seize opportunities and expand overseas."

Currently, NEVEM has conducted in-depth cooperation with several well-known foreign companies such as Schaeffler, ZF, and Valeo Technologies, and its overseas market is continuously expanding. It is understood that in 2024, NEVEM will continue to strengthen its overseas business layout, forming a development pattern of simultaneous development at home and abroad.

At present, the global new energy vehicle industry is developing rapidly, presenting a situation of fierce competition. Technological innovation has become the core competitiveness of enterprises, and NEVEM, with its profound technological genes, is believed to be able to dominate in the fiercely competitive global market and become a leader in the field of new energy vehicle motors globally.
