The independently developed Trimcutting process, compared to the Hairpin end, is shorter and can save 6mm-8mm of copper usage. It also features a twist end height comparable to X-pin, ensuring greater production stability. We are also deeply researching the mass production processes of X-pin and axial flux motors, continuously exploring trends and possibilities in the development of flat wire motors.
