From June 25 to 27, 2025, the 10th CWIEME Shanghai International Coil Exhibition was grandly held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Center. As a renowned global event in the motor and transformer manufacturing industry, this exhibition brought together 302 industry leaders from around the world, attracting over 35,000 visitors from home and abroad. NEVEM made a high-profile appearance with its latest technologies and products, capturing the attention of global customers.
During the exhibition, NEVEM's booth was constantly visited, and its technical experts engaged in in-depth exchanges with attendees. Among them, industry customers showed the greatest interest in NEVEM's Mini-Pin mass production line. Currently, NEVEM has the capability to design and manufacture Mini-Pin production lines and recently successfully delivered one to a well-known customer.
Compared to mainstream Hair-Pin stators in the market, Mini-Pin stators reduce the twisted end height by 4-5mm. Additionally, NEVEM has eliminated the cutting process, effectively lowering stator production costs. Under the same conditions, Mini-Pin stators are smaller, lighter, and offer higher power density. Compared to X-Pin, Mini-Pin provides nearly identical performance and cost advantages while being easier to mass-produce and more suitable for high-voltage platforms.
Furthermore, NEVEM's cutting-edge technologies, such as axial flux stator technology, aluminum wire stators, and copper-aluminum hybrid wire welding processes, also attracted numerous inquiries. Currently, NEVEM is collaborating with an industry leader on mass production research for axial flux motors, exploring new pathways for the development of drive motors in the new energy sector.
At this exhibition, NEVEM also officially launched a digital twin platform for flat-wire motor stator production lines (developed in collaboration with Tongji University through a joint laboratory). Once completed, this platform will shorten production line delivery cycles, improve stability, and reduce customer maintenance costs. We warmly welcome more customers to participate in our R&D efforts, working together to drive industry cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
