On October 17, 2025, the 9th International Conference on Sustainable Manufacturing (ICSM), jointly hosted by Tongji University and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, came to a successful conclusion at Tongji University. NEVEM CTO Wang Xianfeng attended the conference as a special guest.
This conference brings together top scholars and industry pioneers from China and Germany, covering cutting-edge fields such as remanufacturing, flexible production lines, digital twins, and embodied intelligence, to jointly guide the direction of China's manufacturing industry towards a green, efficient, and flexible future.

At the meeting, Wang Xianfeng, CTO of NEVEM, gave a technical presentation on the theme of "Modularization, Flexibility, and Forward looking Innovation of Flat Wire Motor Production Equipment" to the attendees. Faced with the triple challenges of rapid technological iteration, increasing cost pressure, and extremely short delivery cycles in the industry, Mr. Wang proposed to break through production barriers with "modularization and flexibility" as the core, and provide solutions for innovative manufacturing of stator for new energy vehicle flat wire motors.

Mr. Wang stated that NEVEM's flexible production platform has achieved three core values through standardized module design:
Firstly, with the help of factory pre assembly and digital twin technology, the on-site commissioning time has been significantly reduced from several months to several weeks through "fast delivery and debugging". Secondly, it is "fast production". After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, it can be quickly positioned and started, significantly reducing the time from installation to first piece production. The third is "quick changeover and upgrade", which only requires the replacement of specific modules during product iteration, shortening the traditional weeks long transformation to the hourly level and maximizing production continuity.

In addition, NEVEM adopts the "product device twin development" model, which integrates equipment flexibility requirements in the early stages of product design, making the equipment have natural compatibility and scalability, greatly reducing the cost of later transformation. At the same time, through data-driven process optimization and real-time monitoring, production stability and yield are further improved, providing solid support for customers to build a sustainable and evolving intelligent manufacturing system.
NEVEM has always been committed to leading the industry with innovative technology. It not only independently develops core technologies in the field of flat wire motor stators, but also develops digital twin technology, humanoid robot joint module development, 3D printing application technology, visual inspection technology for the entire process of wire insertion, and rapid process data generation. It has established industry university research cooperation with Tongji University, leveraging cutting-edge research from universities to optimize product technology and enhance market competitiveness.
In the future, NEVEM and Tongji University will leverage their respective strengths to overcome key technological challenges and provide new ideas and practical solutions for the sustainable development of the flat wire motor intelligent manufacturing industry.
